FAQ

1) Make your selection for which type of memory pillow you would like: pillow case only with/without embroidery or pillow case + pillow fill with/without embroidery. (select during checkout) 2) In the "customize section" please add what text you would like embroidered on your memory pillow. If you chose no embroidery, write "none". 3) Once your order is processed, we will reach out to you with instructions and details for shipping your shirt to Hey Lolo Designs. 4) Once we receive your shirt, we will confirm order details with you and begin creating your memory pillow. (Turn around time is 14-21 days after receiving your shirt.) 5) If any questions arise during production, Hey Lolo Designs will reach out.

-I typically try to get orders shipped within 14 days unless otherwise noted. Memory pillows can take up to 21 days to ship after I receive your shirt. Please message HeyLolo Designs prior to ordering if you need your item by a specific date.

Custom orders and requests are welcome but ultimately depend on what the schedule looks like. If availability is there, I would love to make a personal gift for you! Reach out to HeyLolo Designs for specific requests.

All HeyLolo Designs items are handcrafted, by me, in my home here in central Texas. All signs are made from a high-quality pine. Each wood sign will vary slightly from the pictures in listing, as each is hand painted and crafted just for you. Memory pillows are hand sewn by me in my home office. I take the honor of creating your item with much love and respect.
