SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All items in our shop ship in 14-21 days and often times much less! Memory pillows will ship 14-21 days after receiving your shirt. If you have a specific date that you need the item by, let us know before placing your order to see availability.  We ship via USPS Priority mail, from the great southern state of Texas! Contact us for more shipping questions. 
 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We gladly accept returns and cancellations when the following are met.

Cancellation requests will be granted within 1 hour of purchase, for a full refund.

The following items cannot be returned

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return

​

Each order is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival to your home. However, if you receive a damaged item, please notify me within 5 days of receiving the damaged item. You must email me a photo of the damaged item, and I will review your case and work on a solution with you. 

 

If there is nothing wrong with the item but for some reason you wish to return it (size doesn't work where you wanted it, etc.). It may be returned within 5 days of receiving. The buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping costs. Once HeyLolo Designs receives the returned product, the buyer will be refunded for the price of the product (not the shipping fees).

CUSTOM AND/OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS CAN NOT BE RETURNED. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. After HeyLolo Designs receives the returned item, the buyer will be refunded for the price of the sign (not the shipping fees).
